With a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety & Health, he brings a high degree of knowledge and experience to his clients with expert guidance. Jeremy has built a multitude of certifications in training, business management, investigations, and more. His rare combination of vision and drive inspires everyone around him. Jeremy's expertise in occupational safety, health, and training was foundational in the organization of many successful workforce cultures for companies and locations throughout the United States. His impeccable attention to the risk management and growth of his clients has vaulted him and his family of companies to the forefront of Gulf Coast Industry. Jonathan Wyrick, CFO

Jonathan Wyrick is the founder and managing member of Wyrick Accounting Services, LLC in Jennings, Louisiana. He graduated from McNeese State University and has two Bachelor’s Degrees: Accounting (2005), and Management (2006). Following in the industry of his father who is a CPA, his accounting career began when he excelled in his Accounting class his senior year in high school and became the first student in his high school’s history to compete and make it all the way to national competition. He continued to excel in Accounting through college and was invited in 2004 to join Beta Gamma Sigma, the honor society for collegiate schools of business. He graduated Magna Cum Laude in both Accounting and Management, with 3.81 and 3.85 GPA’s, respectively.

Since 2004, Jonathan has worked in both the public and private sectors, becoming very well-rounded in the accounting industry. He strives for accuracy and thrives on optimizing efficiencies and analyzing financial data to maximize profitability.

In December 2017, Jonathan Wyrick, as a consultant through Wyrick Accounting Services, became the outsourced controller for The SOLA Group, LLC. Duties performed by Wyrick Accounting Services for The SOLA Group are: manage full office staff, Quickbooks cleanup, and maintenance, business consultation, overseeing operational efficiencies, financial statement preparation and explanation, analysis for profit maximization, payroll and sales tax returns and payment processing, and special projects as they arise.

Dwayne Coots, CTO

Dwayne fills many roles with us. He and his team design, implement and manage hybrid premise-cloud data systems. He designs & maintains Websites and Social Properties; does Reputation Management and Digital Marketing; and supervises our CBT programs & Learning Management Systems. He develops full stack web and mobile database applications for our needs and also for the needs of our clients.

Dwayne's technical career began as a software programmer in 1982 on some of the earliest personal computers available. Since so few businesses actually utilized computers in those early days, his passion for programming gave way to practical necessity, and in 1993 he also practiced residential, commercial, industrial, & marine electrical services.

Following a part-time contract stint with ZDNet as a software reviewer and feature writer, Dwayne launched one of the first privately held, nationwide dial-up ISPs in 1997. His technical expertise is deep and varied; evolving across telco provisioning, web-dev, hosting, database design, cloud integrations, and virtual cloud networks.

Dwayne is proud and excited to work shoulder-to-shoulder with The SOLA Group, developing cutting-edge solutions for Safety, OQ, and enterprise data management.

Stacie Miller Operations Manager

Office Manager
As our Office Manager, Stacie is responsible for day to day operations which include coordinating training schedules, managing online databases for clients (i.e. DISA, ISNetworld®, PEC, Avetta, NCMS, etc.), and occupational testing. Stacie has a degree in Accounting & Business Management from McNeese State University. Aside from her degree Stacie also has obtained her certificate as a Certified Professional Collector in DOT & Non-DOT drug collection, Hair Collection, and is a Breath Alcohol Technician. Stacie's expertise in occupational safety and health truly stand out among her peers.
